No Returns or Refunds on Dragons for damage during transit. Refund policy for Keychains is 30 days from when manufacturer says packaged arrived. For this please send pictures of quality issues or damage so we know what feedback to give to the manufacturer.
PLEASE DO LET US KNOW IF A DRAGON BREAKS DURING TRANSIT.
We want to make transit as safe and effective as possible so if any damage is sustained, please send us proof of damage and details so we can improve everyone’s experience.
